Dominick was very professional and went right to work installing a new thermostat which was easy to read and set. We are not spring chickens anymore and could not figure out the really small instructions on the thermostat that was existing in our condo which we just moved into. He installed, went over easy instuctions.cleaned up work area and was a pleasure to have as a technician. Lincoln heating and Air will be our go to for any future issues we may encounter.

My air conditioning went off during a recent heatwave. I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours. The technician, ****** *., was actually early and quickly able diagnosed the problem. He offered a few different options, at varying price points, but did not try to pressure me into a choice. He answered all questions I had and once I made a repair decision, he immediately got to work and fixed the problem. From maintenance, sales, support and installation of new a/c and heating system, the folks at Lincoln have been kind, courteous and professional every step of the way. Every individual we have dealt with has been extraordinary and they will continue to have our business and hopefully that if all our friends and neighbors as well. Lincoln remembers what customer service should be and it shows!

Had to bit the bullet and have ac/heater replaced. Expensive but fair, two employees did a great job! Use Lincoln Air for service every year - havent been disappointed. Employees are courteous, always clean up and work well together. ** recommend them to you.
