When the tech arrives they listen to your concerns and begin to solve the issue each tech has been knowledgeable, efficient,patient & sincerely kind. ****** from Lincoln Heating and Air came out this morning and fixed my furnace. I am a recent widow and was concerned about the cost. ****** is an excellent technician and very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed his visit, and will definitely us Lincoln Heating and Air again.

We had our gas furnace checked out by ****** today and he was very knowledgeable. He gave us several ideas and options on how to make our furnace run more efficiently. He was very friendly and also extremely thorough. I highly recommend Lincoln Heating and Air as theyve provided the best customer service to our family every time weve hired them.

He suggested that the owner ****** should come out to help us determine our options. ****** was so knowledgeable, and he helped us to clarify and understand our needs.
