**** and ***** (the installers of my new furnace) arrived on time. They used the garage as their staging area to keep out of the elements (cold, wind, very bright sun). They worked steadily all day until about 2:45 PM when they finished the installation. They spent about 45 minutes cleaning, sweeping, removing the packaging and unused materials. **** also used that time to verify the furnace was fully functioning including the 2nd stage firing rate. 14 years ago Lincoln steered us to a cheaper way to cool our house. It worked great. Health concerns now dictated going with Central Air. They came out for an estimate, and then sent to awesome guys, ***** and Rolrogo out for the install. Total professionals that took great care in the details. They shaped a hope to fit instead of using a oversized cut out. They spent a lot of time making sure the installation was perfect. **** and ***** were awesome and efficient during the install of our new furnace and air conditioning! *****, who came out originally, was very knowledgeable and had the most information as well as provided the best price and timetable for the work as we had no heat. I highly recommend Lincoln. We have relied on them for 25 years! Just had a new furnace and air conditioner unit installed. ***** and ***** were my technicians. They were very nice, helpful and cleaned up after they had finished.They are a honest and fair priced company.Thank you Lincoln for your exceptional customer service!

We had a great experience with Lincoln Heating and Air. ******* and ***** did some repair work at our home, and they also installed a new furnace and A/C system. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They did a great job. We will be calling them again for any HVAC needs we have in the future. Thank you!
