My loved one passed this evening at 8, I have yet been able to get ahold of them despite stating they are available 24/7. The phone rings about 5 times and then makes a sound as if someone answers but is not speaking. Absolutely unexceptable. Will never recommend this company to anyone. This is my worst nightmare.
