We had been customers of Limric for a long time, predating the current owner. The former owner was honest and conscientious and was lovely to work with. Several years ago, we requested service for a drain blockage. The technician punctured our main water line. It took three visits to unclog the blockage and they attempted to charge us for all three visits. Over charging me for capacitors. They increased price of capacitor 15x. Charging me o well over 200. Thank you for sharing your feedback. am so upset with my service and cost today. I couldn't believe what LIMRIC Plumbing charged to fix a simple leak on my pedestal sink ($493). I provided the new hardware and was charged $200 for two small water lines. Cost about $18 each at *****. I have no problem with fair and reasonable but what was charged today was NOT fair and reasonable. Their service prices are outrageous! If you have money to burn then maybe this company is for you. I will NEVER use them again.

My family was charged $840 for $240 worth of parts and labor. Unfortunately, the elderly family member that was there at the time agreed. It was decided to replace the Toilet ($140 toilet). The technician then had my family member go up to Lowe's for them and get the toilet. The installation was not even completed. A horrible company and terrible customer service that favors extortion. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
