I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Limotek. Firstly, I was asked to leave a review on the day of booking, which immediately struck me as odd. How can anyone give meaningful feedback before even using the service? Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. The promises made at the time of booking – air conditioning, soft drinks, Bluetooth for music – were not delivered. None of it was available. From start to finish, this company were incredible. David was so knowledgeable and patient when I couldn’t answer the phone because my partner was next to me and it would ruin the surprise! The limo itself was lovely, the driver knew the plan exactly (it wasn’t a straightforward pick up and drop off!) and he was so patient taking photos for us - and even playing along with the boys pranks on each other! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company!
