Great property management company! They resolved all issue's I had promptly and service was above and beyond. A special mention to Stela!
Poor Agent. must be shut down. Watch out for someone called Stella from management who absolutely talks down to you and should be barred from providing a service. Clearly does not know the meaning of communication and not even educated enough to know basic manners. Verbal harassment is what you get. She does not even let you escalate your concerns. Appalling behaviour and agent. Avoid at all costs and run for the hills.
Appalling estate agency. Maintenance team never turn up when they say they are going to. Not even to call when they know they are going to be absent. They leave you waiting in all day for them. Time and time again. They have zero shame. Receptionists Hardly speak the language so it’s a struggle to communicate. This is frustrating when you need a Plummer or an electrician in emergency and they are asking you what an electrician is. It is soul destroying actually.. RUN for the hills. Don’t use them.
