What on earth is going on with your phone system and triage? How the heck are patients supposed to speak with a GP when they are sick???? Call 111! It took them over 5 hours for them to get back to us! Might as well call 999! Useless surgery needs to be shutdown, won’t be missed because they are are useless!
There are very good doctors and nurses at this practice and the receptionist I last spoke to was professional. Please sort out your means of making contact with this surgery. Speaking to a robot to make an appointment and trying to login to NHS app or Systemonline are stressful and not ideal when you or a family member are unwell.
