Horrendous. Nigh on impossible to get appointments, promises of referrals that never get made and a complete failure to provide any kind of updates even when traces of infection were found in my urine. Fortunately have been able to get into another nearby surgery so no longer have to deal with their incompetence.

Terrible call answering / appointments booking service. Wait 1.5 hrs for a callback (as 43rd in the queue - despite having called at 08.00) then call is seemingly cut off by staff (happened on several occasions). Tried calling back again but all appointments gone by then. Hopeless.

What is this pace like. Been waiting two weeks for a phone call from one of the nurse, as she visited my mum in a home . Called me too have a chat about mum . Two weeks later still waiting. Very poor.

Hopeless Leave you waiting all day for issues with a newborn then call you with 30 mins notice to come in. Then you manage to get there on time; the time they requested, and you end up waiting well over an hour for anyone to see you. Can’t get any help at reception because theres one person on duty and 5 people in the queue

An appalling experience. We are not from the area but went to take confidential legal papers relating to our mother for the surgery to file. The receptionist, was rude and very abrasive and scruffily dressed. We wanted to check if we were at the correct surgery for my mother before we handed over the documents but she refused to look up to see if our mother was registered there.
