Excellent call and prescription activated. Quick action by Phoenix reception meant the prescription was diverted to the adjacent pharmacy rather than Ferring where the prescription had been sent. There is no prescription number on the paper sent out by the team. Luckily I started at the pharmacy adjacent to the Phoenix surgery! .

Fantastic service. Did an online new condition consultation at 0800, got a phone call from a clinician at 1030, tests ordered with me popping into my nearest surgery same day.
Appointment was for 9.20 I had just parked the car and got a phone call at 9.17 to say my appointment is cancelled due to staff sickness why couldn’t they have let me no earlier , then when I try to rebook they haven’t got any appointments till the end of May
