A very kind and compassionate nurse at Durrington surgery syringed my ears. I thought a lot of her empathetic attitude and her skills.
Faultless service On line form filled in 12 Noon with all the symptons of a urine infection. Surgery called at 1pm appointment for 4.15 on anti biotics by 5pm I have been with this surgery for over 40 years seen a few changes . A much improved service all round Thanks.
Given a phone call from the duty doctor who turned out to be a nurse on Friday 20th June. Told that a neck / shoulder? X-ray would be arranged. (On Sun 22nd June I had a bad fall onto my back & back of my head) By Tuesday 1 July I have heard nothing. Back to the Surgery & spoke to the helpful Receptionist. Apparently the form is still awaiting a signature from the Doctor! I’m sorry, but service like that is NOT acceptable!
