Staff and reception are atrocious at their job. Rude and disrespectful. Difficult to even get an appointment with a GP. The GPs there tend to discard you and dont care about your wellbeing. Think yourselves lucky your getting 2 stars

Really not great. They change appointments with actually speaking to you, a missed call and a text with the new appointment is the best you get. Not everyone can answer phones at work. There is no continuity of care, you see someone different every time, and each person you see has a different opinion and tells you something different! Sadly I’ve had to leave LT and join another local surgery due to constant incompetence by the GPs and admin team. I recently saw Dr P who was so rude to me that was the final straw. The new introduction of AI has now made it even more difficult to seek assistance and speak to a human. This new AI telephone system is not inclusive for those with disabilities nor user friendly.
