Firstly I chose this company because they are located in England and wanted to support an English company. This is not something that I take great pride in doing, not my style at all, however, I’m writing a review to help make the company better at what they do. Great service. So helpful and really lovely helping me sorted out my bathroom.
Sadly I have not had a great experience with Lime Kitchen & Bathroom.. I ordered what I needed, it arrived one week later it carefully went into my garage as I wasn’t ready for another 2 weeks. Once opening one package it was damaged I phoned the company immediately 21/5/22 and explained my concerns, they weren’t interested! I spoke with the director and he was very unhelpful.
