Disappointed with my experience at Lilly Bows. I had pre-ordered flowers to collect during my lunch at work. The first issue was that the store has moved and google no longer correctly reflects the location. The next issue is that despite my pre-order, the florist didn't start preparing my order until I had arrived. Finally I wasn't particularly impressed with the product itself. Well what a find. Lily Bows Bespoke Flowers just around the corner of The Co-Op - Concorde - Washington. A cobblestone entrance way with assorted garden flowers leading to the shop door. What a welcome - it felt like I was a regular - the greeting I got was lovely. I didn't go ( this time) for flowers - actually what caught my eye was the coffee sign that led me in. From the order to the delivery. Everything was absolutely perfect was told the flowers would arrive before 12 and sure enough they are here. The wife absolutely loves them. Thank you very much Lily bows. Won't hesitate to use you again. EDDY
