Georgi and Dafov deep cleaned our flat today and were both super friendly and did an excellent job! Lillys maid was super efficient at organising the cleaning too. Definitely be recommending to friends!
Having tried a few different local cleaning services, I was recommended Lilly and her wonderful team. What I love about Lilly’s company is how well organised and reliable it is. There isn’t endless messaging back and forth to arrange, you get an email weekly to confirm what time the clean will be etc and payment is easily arranged by standing order. BE AWARE - TERRIBLE SERVICE - RUDE STAFF I recently had a cleaning job done by Lilly’s maid at my flat last Sunday. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the level of quality of this cleaning. It was so bad that I had to go back and clean most of places again. The cleaners were constantly on the phone and it was very hard to communicate with them. 10000% recommend. Finally found a friendly, professional service. Easy to contact and incredibly quick to reply to any messages. Lilly goes above and beyond to help. Togzhan is the best cleaner I’ve ever had, and she is also very kind! She is reliable, always on time, always with a smile and my house is left gleaming every time. She thinks of the things I never would. Honestly, she is just wonderful I can’t sing her praises enough!
