Came in for a blood appointment and to pick up some tests and both the receptionist and the woman taking my blood were wonderful. Both very helpful and welcoming!
I never leave reviews but my experience this morning was so shocking it has compelled me to do so. Absolutely odious receptionist, who cuts you off, doesn’t listen and responds in the most rude and unprofessional manner. A totally unhelpful and aggressive individual who should not be the first line of contact when feeling weak, vulnerable and unwell.
Great Service Best GP service I’ve come across! Dr Morgan is a lovely doctor, Not rushed, professional, and considered advice. This will be my GP service of choice into the future.
