We unfortunately developed a major issue with our Audi in the run up to Christmas. My wife relies on the car heavily as a GP so she can do her home visits and it was seeming impossible to find anywhere that would fit it in at short notice to allow my wife to get to work and keep mobile. Craig was an absolute gentleman and sorted the car out at short notice and even whilst he had a heavy workload in the run up to Christmas.
