Excellent doctor!!!
The entire experience was exceptional and I wish more providers and their teams operated with the same type of compassion & efficiency. They truly treat you like family, are expert professionals and make a stressful situation relaxing.
The worst experience I've ever had at a Dr's office. Saw Dr Hughes yesterday, brought my teenage son to see him who has recently aged out of the care of our excellent pediatrician. My son has been struggling to recover from strep throat- lots of pain, fever, etc in spite of antibiotics- very unusual and concerning. Dr Hughes is a poor listener, seems to not have time or interest in true patient care. He's abrupt, egotistical. dismissive, and lacks base level patient emapthy. Doctor Mansour is very professional and is easy to talk with. She took the time with me to explain my procedure and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed.
Dr. Mansour was great during my recent visit. She took the time to explain the procedure prior to performing it and then provided plenty of time for explanation of the results and allowed me as much time as I needed for questions. I would highly recommend her to others.
She was very friendly. She checked on me afterwards and explained what she found and what she removed. I was so worried going into the procedure. I woke up and had no pain. I actually felt really great.
I highly recommend Dr Mansour. Just completed my 3rd colonoscopy with her ( family history of colon cancer) and she is always thorough, very communicative, and easy to talk with.....she takes the time to answer any questions and make sure you understand anything that came up in the procedure.
I am having terrible indigestion problems. She listened and set up various tests to figure out best course of action for me. Not just hand out the usual meds that are not working for me.
Dr. Mansour is the best! The office was very thorough in helping with information and prep for a colonoscopy. Dr. Mansour did a great job of making the situation as comfortable as possible. Very professional and very personable. I was very happy with my experience.
