Dr. Mansour is one of the few doctors that spends time with the patient & actually listens to what the patient has to say. She explains diagnosis, differentials & necessary procedures in a simple way. I was very lucky to be refereed to her by my PCP.

Dr.Mansour has excellent bedside manner and is very personable. She remembered my personal information from a previous visit and made sure to double check details. I recommended her to my daughter and would to anyone else.

I was scheduled for a "screening" "preventative" colonoscopy with Dr. Mansour. The prep instructions that were sent to me were the incorrect version so I ended up taking double the about of prep than was needed. I also quizzed the nurse about insurance as I was only authorized for a screening colonoscopy. I was told it was all approved. Once there and on the table, the nurse told be if there is a polyp it will be removed and tested. That makes the procedure medial and ins. does not cover!!
Sadly, the only reason I can't recommend this doctor has nothing to do with the doctor and everything to do with the scheduling. As a new patient I waited three months for an appointment, this was fine, this was getting established. But then, as an established patient, I still have to wait two months for an appointment even with diagnosed C diff infection (on my second round) and elevated enzymes. Time to find a doctor who can see me when I'm sick.
Useless doctor
