I went to go see Dr. Hughes a few months ago for my annual check up & to address some concerns I had about my health. Rushed in, didn't introduce himself or even say hello. No bedside manners at all. He asked if I was up to date on my vaccines & when he found out I wasn't I was scolded for not, then he seemed to dismiss everything I said after that. Finally a doctor that listens to you! This doctor is very professional, did research on my issues and gave honest and understandable feedback to me.
I have been seeing Dr. Simpson for years. She is fantastic, and does extra research to help her patients. She is very kind and follows through. It is difficult to get into her office since appointments are scheduled well in advance. If anyone experiences a problem, it is likely an ARC problem with scheduling or facilities, not Dr. Simpson.

Excellent listener determined to resolve my issues
Dr. Truong was absolutely the worst doctor I have ever gone to! She did not listen or care. I went to see her as a follow up after an ER visit. She asked no questions and did not ask me how I was now. She even shushed me when I was telling her about the ordeal. I had a list of things to ask her and had only asked one when she got up and went towards the door. My visit was wonderful. Staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. Mansour was kind, thorough and a great listener. I did not feel rushed, and it was late in the day on a Friday!! She answered all my questions and gave me good suggestions.
It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Mansour again. I highly recommend her and her staff as I did with my husband, She is a very caring kind doctor. Thank you thank you Dr. Mansour because you gave me your time at the same visit with my husband. I am very grateful. It was very reassuring to me.
