Giaustin.com Cant wait for her new practice to open. I was happy with all my visits and feel she is worth waiting for vs rolling the dice w a new dr.
PLEASE let me know if you find Dr Mansour!!!! She's helped me with lots of issues and I need to find her for my esophagus! I'm really at a loss
I am so thrilled to know Dr. Lilah Mansour. She spent some extra time with me and mapped out how to control things with my stomach that started out with some basic behavior and the right sort of probiotic. (Kefir) She followed up with a plan of options that she typed up and printed out for me. Our discussion was broad and far reaching. She is a true scientist who does not make her decision about what is wrong until she has listened. The only reason I found this site and am posting on it is because I got an email that said sh... read more
Dr Mansour is very smart, caring, and will listen to you. My first colonoscopy was with her, and she made me feel comfortable and safe. Her staff is also friendly and understanding to your needs.
As with previous patients, months to get an appointment. In exchanging messages, found she can't be bothered to check previous instructions and instructed to 'go back to a medication' I had never taken. No confidence whatever. Bedside manner, if you can get to see her, doesn't make up for lack of attention to patient records and dismissal of problems.
I've seen many gastroenterologists over the years, and Dr. Mansour stands out as one of the best MD's I've been to, period. This was my first visit with her, and I was beyond impressed with her manner, thoroughness, empathy, knowledge and listening abilities. She's also very likable, but I found her reassuring and diligent and I feel like I've finally found a skilled doctor I can trust to do what's best for me, taking a conservative approach. I can't recommend her enough. Also loved staff.

Dr. Mansour is one of the few doctors that spends time with the patient & actually listens to what the patient has to say. She explains diagnosis, differentials & necessary procedures in a simple way. I was very lucky to be refereed to her by my PCP.

I was scheduled for a "screening" "preventative" colonoscopy with Dr. Mansour. The prep instructions that were sent to me were the incorrect version so I ended up taking double the about of prep than was needed. I also quizzed the nurse about insurance as I was only authorized for a screening colonoscopy. I was told it was all approved. Once there and on the table, the nurse told be if there is a polyp it will be removed and tested. That makes the procedure medial and ins. does not cover!!
