My visit went very well. Everyone put me at ease. Dr Mansour was very easy to talk to. I also like the fact that almost everyone in the clinic were female. I am a single woman and it just made me more comfortable.
Great doctor! Addressed all concerns. Didn't feel rushed. Satisfied with the level of thoroughness provided. Highly recommended!
Everything in the office except Dr Mansour is terrible. When I recently called the office, I was put on hold for 16 minutes. When the phone was answered, I was asked to be put on hold again. That time it was for 8 minutes. When I visited with Dr. Mansour, I could clearly hear her conversation with another patient from the waiting room. I scheduled a procedure for 12:00 Noon and was called a couple of days before saying my appointment was at 7:00 and they don't do 7:00 AM procedures so I had to reschedule. Dr Mansour and the staff at Hill Country Ambulatory Surgery Center provided a professional & friendly experience during my colonoscopy. They ensured that I was comfortable & had no lingering questions.
I really like Dr. Mansour and her team. She asks you a lot of questions and actually listens to you. I have a chronic GI illness and am greatful to have someone like her looking out for me after so many horrible experiences with GI's.
She was great.
She's the best as far as I'm concerned. I inform my scleroderma support group of her knowledge in the gastrointestinal field. She's absolutely awesome.
I consulted Dr. Mansour for a gastro issue I had before colonoscopy. She was very patient/caring and knowledgeable. She was able to provide an explanation of the condition and care needed to resolve it. She was at her new office so there was a bit of a long wait but barring that I was very happy with the visit. Highly recommend!
Dr. Monsour was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my situation. She provided a Sound plan too
