Dr Mansour and the staff at Hill Country Ambulatory Surgery Center provided a professional & friendly experience during my colonoscopy. They ensured that I was comfortable & had no lingering questions.
I really like Dr. Mansour and her team. She asks you a lot of questions and actually listens to you. I have a chronic GI illness and am greatful to have someone like her looking out for me after so many horrible experiences with GI's.
She was great.
She's the best as far as I'm concerned. I inform my scleroderma support group of her knowledge in the gastrointestinal field. She's absolutely awesome.
I consulted Dr. Mansour for a gastro issue I had before colonoscopy. She was very patient/caring and knowledgeable. She was able to provide an explanation of the condition and care needed to resolve it. She was at her new office so there was a bit of a long wait but barring that I was very happy with the visit. Highly recommend!
Dr. Monsour was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my situation. She provided a Sound plan too
Dr Mansour does not manage her schedule or staff in an effective manner. Appointment scheduled 2 months in advance. 18 hours before appointment staff calls to change the location. Completely unprofessional and no respect for the patient's time or schedule. AVOID.
Great communication.
Dr. Mansour is through, patient and most of all actively listens to your health concerns and always provides the best approach to resolve the issue. Complete faith in her.
