Dr. Mansour was great during my recent visit. She took the time to explain the procedure prior to performing it and then provided plenty of time for explanation of the results and allowed me as much time as I needed for questions. I would highly recommend her to others.
She was very friendly. She checked on me afterwards and explained what she found and what she removed. I was so worried going into the procedure. I woke up and had no pain. I actually felt really great.
I highly recommend Dr Mansour. Just completed my 3rd colonoscopy with her ( family history of colon cancer) and she is always thorough, very communicative, and easy to talk with.....she takes the time to answer any questions and make sure you understand anything that came up in the procedure.
I am having terrible indigestion problems. She listened and set up various tests to figure out best course of action for me. Not just hand out the usual meds that are not working for me.
Dr. Mansour is the best! The office was very thorough in helping with information and prep for a colonoscopy. Dr. Mansour did a great job of making the situation as comfortable as possible. Very professional and very personable. I was very happy with my experience.
The staff at TDDC made me feel like I was their only patient. It was my first colonoscopy, and they were kind, informative, and attentive. The pre-procedure nurse called me to help me prepare a few days ahead and answered my calls when I had questions. My visit went very well. Everyone put me at ease. Dr Mansour was very easy to talk to. I also like the fact that almost everyone in the clinic were female. I am a single woman and it just made me more comfortable.
Great doctor! Addressed all concerns. Didn't feel rushed. Satisfied with the level of thoroughness provided. Highly recommended!
Everything in the office except Dr Mansour is terrible. When I recently called the office, I was put on hold for 16 minutes. When the phone was answered, I was asked to be put on hold again. That time it was for 8 minutes. When I visited with Dr. Mansour, I could clearly hear her conversation with another patient from the waiting room. I scheduled a procedure for 12:00 Noon and was called a couple of days before saying my appointment was at 7:00 and they don't do 7:00 AM procedures so I had to reschedule.
