She was sarcastic in answering the questions as if we did something to her. And she was not at all answering straight for our questions. For instance, we asked we are planning to visit india in few months and is there anything we should do before going? Her answer goes like it’s your wish and your risk if you want to go. This is not the only question we asked and for every question she was so rude and too sarcastic. I don’t recommend this doctor at all.
She's direct, honest and doesn't try to feed you pills like most doctors do! Very thorough and informative.
Dr. Mansour is one of the few doctors I have had the privilege of having that really listens to you. She also explains, and does not just talk at you. She works with you to find the best care plan possible. I would highly recommend her.
The doctor is excellent he has solved huge Dermatology related issues for both my sister and self but Austin Regional Clinic has a huge issue with their phone services. It took over half an hour to get someone on the phone in order to make my appointment. This happens all the time.

Dr. Mansour is so warm, caring and made the whole procedure less stressful as did her team. I drove all the way across town just for her to do my procedure. And I changed insurance companies last year so she could do it. That’s how much I trust her.
Ver rushed and delayed. Physician is more keen on pushing blood tests than being compassionate. She has been our kids' PCP for a few years now. I should have noticed some of these red flags sooner and switched.

From moment I arrived to discharge, was treated with professional service. Had no issues before or after Dr. Mansour services.
Dr Cheng is always so nice and kind. He takes extra time to make sure all of your questions are answered. He has even personally called and texted to check on my kids to make sure they are improving. He has good bedside manner and has always respected my choices with my kids. We love Dr. Cheng! You won’t find a better pediatrician.

My first experience with ARC and it wasn’t a good one at all. Wish I read these reviews before wasting my time and money with this guy, because all that was mentioned was spot on! He walked in, he didn’t make eye contact, didn’t introduce himself (at first I thought he was a staff member looking for equipment), completely patronizing, egotistical and arrogant attitude.
