I always enjoy my visits...actually look forward to them. The team is very personable, friendly and sensitive. I recommend there services to anyone. But especially to those who have not had a good experience at the dentist yet. Their equipment, service and compassion is top of the line.

I had a pleasant experience for my first appointment from my first interaction on the phone through checking out. Everyone is very kind and I feel like I learned so much more about my teeth than I ever have in any other dentist's chair. I've got some work to be done in my future, but I left feeling encouraged. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his team!
I have been driving A LONG WAY to see Dr Jones and Dr Estes for a VERY long time. There are a lot of very good reasons I do so, never mind that I love to drive. Everyone at NRD is like family, especially ELLEN, whom I adore, and TONYA, who has taken care of me many times over the years. I'm not exactly enamored with a trip to the dentist, but when I must go, it's Nashville Restorative Dentistry for me. It should be for you too!
I'm in town for a couple of days for a separate medical procedure and my bridge fell out last night at dinner. When I called first thing this morning, they had a cancellation and were able to see me immediately. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I can't thank them enough.
Less invasive methods are used before more drastic methods. Employees are all very helpful. Building kept clean. Natural remedies used when applicable.
All the employees seem genuinely concerned with my oral health. They answer all questions I ask. They consider my wishes when putting a treatment plan together. Last, but definitely not least, natural remedies are used when they seem as if they will work instead of more invasive methods.
All persons I came in contact with today provided outstanding service. Ellen as usual made me feel greatest. I can do nothing but say good things about the treatment I received!
The entire staff is very professional. Dr. Jones is committed to providing exceptional care and service to all his patients.
