Left my friend in a worse state, claiming that all their symptoms could be stopped by "just pushing through and following the process. I suffered from CFS for many years and tried countless "remedies" which all failed to help. When I discovered the Lightning Process it transformed my life. It was such an eye-opener and I was back living my life again within days. I did the process probably about 15 years ago now and I remain eternally grateful to Phil Parker for creating this miracle cure :)
Having done the course almost 5 years ago, i am really disappointed and aggravated in how they dealt with my chronic fatigue. Despite them claiming that it is suitable for treating the condition, it isn't for a lot of cfs sufferers. I believe that it can be damaging in its approach and failure to distinguish between different symptoms. I've had a much better experience with a different clinic that specialises in cfs.
