I first met Dan at a retreat he was running in Leeds. I gained a lot from it and wanted to work with him on a one to one basis. The results have been great and I feel like my old self again in such a short time. I absolutely recommend him.

I recently went to see Dan because I had a serious of life changing events and was feeling overwhelmed by life in general. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Dan is so kind and empathetic that I immediately felt at ease upon meeting him and was able to relax and feel comfortable during my sessions. I had about three sessions with Dan over zoom and I could not believe how much it helped me. I suffer with anxiety and depression and was going through a particularly bad time. The first thing was that I have never felt so relaxed as I did during the sessions and then I couldn't believe the change in my attitude towards the problem that I was having. I can't thank Dan enough and I will definitely be back for more.
