I went to the grand opening yesterday and I was impressed. I can't wait to try out the classes and get training!
I drove over for the grand opening to check out the place and to get a quick workout in while watching my friend Adam Derks compete in the deadlift competition! LIFT welcomed us with open arms, and the facility is amazing! Keep up the great work Eric and Faith!
