Lift I & Lift II are both great facilities. They both have everything you need to lift heavy or get a WOD in. In addition to lifting racks, rig, free weights, bumper plates and machines Lift I on Grand has Concept rowers, air assault bikes, ski erg AND turf to push or pull their sleds. By the way, when you are done feel free to sit in the sauna to relax. If you think all that sounds great then you are going to love Lift II in Rib Mountain. My boyfriend and I drove up from Stevens Point today to check this place out. We were worried it wouldn't be staffed but the manager, Brook, was really great! They offer day passes, as long as you sign the waiver. The gym itself is awesome!! The equipment is all new and the gym is spacious. The locker rooms are well kept, and they have a nice sauna in each one! They have tons of options for powerlifters and crossfit people alike.
