Hands down the best training facilities in Central Wisco from the equipment to the staff, 5 Stars! Also extremely cheap memberships and group classes with no commitment and 24 hour access you can't beat it.

Best gym in Wausau. The 24/7 hours are great and works well with the busy schedule of life. Staff are helpful, kind, and great to be around. The atmosphere of LIFT is just a pleasure to be around.
Came in on a Sunday after a dissatisfying experience at our previous gym. We were offered to come right in and explore and enjoy ourselves for the day. Needless to say we signed up on the spot. If you are looking for a place with your fitness truly in mind, then LIFT is for you.
Best gym in Wausau by far! The excellent atmosphere and great staff make me feel like I’ve found my gym home.
