They changed locations and came up with different rules that kinda of stop me from going to this gym. I do my own crossfit program and would use the gym for it when I have time between my two jobs, but if a class comes I now have to leave. I went to another gym.
GREAT atmosphere from new people to experienced athletes the gym is incredible 💯💯
LIFT is a very clean gym for working out. I work with Jared through Be Bold and he is very knowledgeable. He teaches the correct ways to build muscle and reduce fat without injury. I am achieving great results and have the guidance to continue on this path to a healthier me.

Great place to work out, clean, nice equipment, friendly staff, fairly priced and tons of classes and options to choose from that fit your lifestyle. I like the new location on the north side of town as it's closer to where I live but I've been to every location, great gym!
