RecommendedNice clean facility with an abundance of equipment! Warm faces willing to make friends. A wide range of classes offered privately or in a group. Several good trainers to choose from which is always nice to find the right fit for you! I have had the same trainer for two years( Heather Vesley) and I work well together and my substitute (Chris Stroik) when Heather is on vacation. I have only compliments to leave you for both. Either would be an excellent choice if you are needing to make some positive physical changes!!!💪👏

I worked out at Lift for two years before I move out of the immediate area. Recently I’ve been looking for a gym and personal trainer closer to where I live now and it didn’t take me long to realize that nothing out there compares to Lift and the trainers there. Jared and the rest of the Lift crew are top notch and so are the facilities. Highly recommend.
