I made arrangements for a technician to check out our system for today. I want to let Lifetime Solutions know the Martin Gonzales Your service pro did a most excellent job! Very efficient on doing his job.
Hector was very professional and went the extra mile by pointing out problems I needed to solve with my air conditioner, even though this was not a service that Lifetime Solutions provides. He double checked my water system and spent time explaining what he was doing in order to provide training to he colleague, Dylan, who also displayed an excellent attitude.
We like he's excellent service did more then he had to do and ask us if we had any more question...
