Hector Tovar did an excellent job of servicing our water filtration and softening system. He took all the time that was needed to find the reason for a water pressure issue, which was only one of the reasons we called for service. He went as far as using his cell phone to video the issue when he found it. He did this in order to show his boss what the problem was so when we called to get the issue resolved they would know exactly what needed to be done. He was polite and listened to our concerns. Hector Tovar has been our tech for Lifetime Solutions for a number of years. He is very professional, competent, respectful and personable. He practices the 'Golden Rule'---paying attention to details regarding his customers' water system in the same way he would take care of his own water system at home.
