I have had two experiences with service. A few months ago with Lakyn. She was professional and very knowledgeable. Yesterday I had Jim McGarry. He was also very knowledgeable and professional. He ran into a situation at my home getting stuck in my second driveway. I felt horrible. Being disabled there was very little I could do to physically help him. He used some resources I had at the house and it took a very long time for him to get his van out of the driveway and he was exhausted but he didn't miss a beat. He still had t... read more
James M. was very thorough and informative. Was kind enough to educate on some processes in order to save some money on installation.
Jim McGarry came to the house and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgable and even saved me some money when he determined one of my filters did not need to be replaced. Jim is very personable, on time and it was great dealing with him.
From the sales team to the service technicians and the customer support team the experience has been really first rate and we are very happy with the products that we bought. I would reccomend this to anyone who needs these products.
Jim Mc Garry is very good at his job and provided me with excellent service. He is very knowledgeable about everything. A job well done!

Jim McGarry, is the best this isn't the first time he have serviced my water softer system and when I see that it is him I am very pleased because I know that everything will be performed perfectly and professional.
