Fernando A. was my service worker. He is friendly and cares about customer service with a smile. Going to miss his service for my heater/cooler as Lifetime is discontinuing this service. Hats off to Fernando!!
Martin Gonzales came to check my Rain Soft filters etc. and was going to change the bulbs in the air purifier that was installed in 2013. Not knowing that when we got a new roof top air conditioner a couple of years ago, it was taken with the old air conditioner. If Martin hadn't came and was going to change the bulbs, I would have never known it wasn't here any longer. He told me to call the service department and our charge for the monthly service would be less. Martin did an excellent job.
Martin Gonzales was the service tech that came to our house to check out our soft water system. He was very knowledgeable, updated me on our system and told me everything he was doing. Very professional and friendly!
We really like the water system. Martin is wonderful and always does a thorough job.
Tony is always so friendly and professional. If we any questions, he is always willing to take time out to answer them. He also gives us tip on how to keep our system maintained between service appointments. He does a wonderful job and we are glad that he is our rep. Fletcher Forte
Tony Gutierrez came by my home and did a very good job replacing my home water filters! He was very nice, courteous, and very helpful with questions I asked him regarding the water filter. I hope all the other employees are as courteous as Tony.
