What a great time I had with the technician and he explained every thing he was going to do and why
Greg Weygandt is the BEST. He did a wonderful job and explained everything so that I could understand the entire process.
We have been happy customers for several years and are very satisfied with the system. They have great customer service. Their technician, Martin was on time and answered our questions fully.
Martin was the one who fixed the problem of my water bill that was very high these past 2 months. He knows exactly what was going on with my pressure regulator. He fixed everything and also did resetting of my water softener and checking on the filter of our air purifier. He did a good job. Very informative and a nice man. Keep it up ! Martin.
Aurora and Rob represent Lifetime Solutions Inc very well. Rob is very knowledgeable and punctual whenever he's coming to service our water system! I would definitely recommend Rob to a friend!!
Chuck Weygandt came to our house to check our system we had a few problems. Chuck was very nice and i noticed he looked a bit like Tom Hanks the movie star. He knows his job well and is very good at it. he spent most of his evening checking and fixing the problems. It was 7:30pm all i could think of is most guys would do a rush job to get home by 6:00pm but chuck was still here working to find the problem. He explained everything to us so we understood. I had a new service man, Henry, who solved a problem with my system immediately, discovered and told me about a slight leak under my sink that I was unaware of, and discovered my pressure regulator needed replacing, which he did on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Had he not been so thorough, I had the potential for a major water disaster.
Chuck was swell. He is thorough and attentive to details. Thank you Chuck. I've had my Rainsoft system for over 20 years. A soft water house is wonderful and I love reverse osmosis for the best drinking water.
Hector Tovar did a great job. He was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly.
