Great service and very friendly! Martin explained everything about the soft water system and what he worked on so that we could understand.
I recently had Ray Heredia in my home to fix a problem with my system. Ray was very professional in his work and got the job done and I would recommend Ray to anyone. Also I would like to add Hector Tovar to the professionals that service my equipment in the future if that is possible. I believe Hector has been to our home before. Thank You for your time
Hector Tovar did an excellent job of servicing our water filtration and softening system. He took all the time that was needed to find the reason for a water pressure issue, which was only one of the reasons we called for service. He went as far as using his cell phone to video the issue when he found it. He did this in order to show his boss what the problem was so when we called to get the issue resolved they would know exactly what needed to be done. He was polite and listened to our concerns. Ray Heredia came to service our soft water system this past Saturday. He called before coming and was on time. He did a great job in explaining everything to me and also wrote it down in case I forgot. He was also very pleasant. I give Ray a A+. Thank You!
Hector Tovar was very helpful and professional! We've had our system for ten months, and knew some of the filters were approaching their expected due date, but Hector pointed out that since we have fewer people in the household than the average, we use much less water, and so the filters could actually go another year before replacement. He tested our water anyway and said that everything was still working properly, and he also checked out the softener in the garage and told us ways to help the system be even more efficient.... read more
