Martin Gonzales has been our representative from our initial installation. He has always showed up when he said he would, (so I'm not stuck home waiting for hours for him. This is much appreciated). Martin is professional, extremely knowledgeable and very likeable. We like to see him when he comes around. He always does a good job for us.

Hector has been my service rep since we got our soft water system. He is extremely pleasant and courteous. He is clean, neat and tidy whether under the sink or in the garage with the main system. Hector is always on schedule to the T. He is very knowledgeable on the system. He is a terrific representative for the company!
I love Lifetime Solutions! We have their maintenance program for a Rainsoft water softener system they installed almost 10 years ago and yes it still works great. Hector T. is my regular Service Pro and he is always on time and works with my schedule. He's always courteous, helpful, and answers all my questions.
