Beyond mad. my husband and I paid over 10,000 for this system. 1 1/2 years later had to do a service on. Lady on the phone told us one price after technician was done is was 200 more than quoted. so that service ended up being 1000. 1 month later had a technician out due to system not working right since service he said it was fine no charge. system never started working right so we called again and since it was out of the time fro. the last service we had to pay another 100 and the technician finally fixed it. Very knowledgeable sales and follow up service staff. System works GREAT and has very much improved our water quality. Drinking water tastes awesome, and bathing and laundering with water is so much nicer!

Martin Gonzales was here today to fix our system. Not only was he here when he said he would be he fixed our problem in a timely fashion. He is very professional and knowledgeable.
I've had a couple of technicians came out prior to Fernando, and I must say that Fernando knew what he was doing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional & detailed explaining everything that he was doing. I've had other company technicians enter my home & never once they wore shoe covers. Fernando, did that when he entered my home and I feel that was very considerate of him. I highly recommend Fernando as your technician. Both technicians that came out to test our water over the last two seasons, have been excellent. First was Jim McGarry, yesterday was Fernando. I would recommend both, as both are exceptional.
