Excellent service and always courteous with efficient service.
Phil Vasquez showed up a few minutes before he was scheduled to arrive (2 hour window). Things continued to look up from there. He greeted me professionally and got right to work servicing the filters under the sink. When we got to the softener, I warned him that it hadn't been working for some time. Even though it is an old machine, he offered to take a look and see what he could do. After approximately 15 minutes, it was fixed! Great professional service Phil. Thanks!
Very happy with today's service performed by Fernando. Fernando is friendly, personable, genuine, experienced, and knowledgeable. He replaced drinking water filters, and checked to be sure the system was running properly. He made sure there were no issues or concerns that I may have. He even replaced my salt for me.
