Just had Jim McGarry service our unit today! Not only was he very professional but he also gave us some extra information about Rain Soft that we did not know about that we are very pleased to get this information and will be taking advantage of this much needed information! Fernando was very professional and helped solve my problem of my tank continuing to hold water instead of draining! I was told I needed a new board, but it was due to salt being caked up in the bottom of the tank!
I was so thrilled when my technician called to tell me ETA ! It was Henry Leon, the one that installed my system and was the most patient, nice, professional, beyond patient I must say again, when I didn't quite understand something ! Other technicians have been good, but I'm just so happy to have Henry and know that all will be taken care of and if I need to ask him anything, I can ! He's absolutely the BEST !!! We bought our water softener from the previous homeowner so we we not familiar with the system. Jim did a fantastic job not only describing the system but the process and preventative measures to keep it running for years. Fantastic service.
