I have been a customer of Mojave Air (Lifetime Solutions) since 2011 when I was purchasing a new mastercool system. I was always happy and was satisfied with the Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction until this year! With NO Notice, Mojave Air or Lifetime Solutions decided they no longer want to do the service contracts on the coolers! They recommended another service. Henry Leon came out to perform the QC on my system post installation. He was timely, knowledgeable and did a great job. I love my soft water system and my RO drinking water. My ice cubes are crystal clear - love it!

Henry called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and actually arrived early. He was polite and friendly, and interested in his job. He explained what he was doing in an easy-to-understand style and answered all my questions clearly. Henry was efficient, kept the area clean and tidy and finished up quickly.
