Fernando A. did our service including changing all of our drinking water filters, air purification and doing a service for our carbon tank outside. He was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing. I will strongly recommend him and lifetime solutions.
Our rainsoft , RO drinking water system and air master was recently serviced by Fernando Alvarado and he made it very easy and convenient by calling ahead and giving me a window. I was actually double booked for the time I had originally scheduled for the service and Fernando was able to adjust the time he arrived and we were able to get our service completed and salt delivered. Jim McGarry is always so nice and very thorough... He is best service man to date and I would prefer he come each time.
Ray Hereida replaced the yearly filter in my rain soft drinking water filtration system. Ray explained the procedure to me. After that he first tested the water, then continued with the process and the replacement of the filters. He was very professional and respectful. The procedure was fast.
So far I'd have great service from all their employees that includes my technician that came today FERNANDO ALVARADO. THANKS for the great service.
We have had our Rain Soft filter for ten years. Every time a visitor has stayed with us, they always ask about our water. The drinking water is great. I have had people ask about it's taste. We love it! The service we obtain from Lifetime is fabulous.
Chuck was very professional and explained all of the functions about my system. He is a very nice man and a great credit to the company.
