Hector showed me exactly how to do it myself in the future. I hadn't gotten around to changing the filter for over three years, but he showed me that the important numbers were only slightly elevated, thanks to good system!

I have had two experiences with service. A few months ago with Lakyn. She was professional and very knowledgeable. Yesterday I had Jim McGarry. He was also very knowledgeable and professional. He ran into a situation at my home getting stuck in my second driveway. I felt horrible. Being disabled there was very little I could do to physically help him. He used some resources I had at the house and it took a very long time for him to get his van out of the driveway and he was exhausted but he didn't miss a beat. He still had t... read more

I am very happy with the service I received from the personnel at Lifetime Solutions. It was easy to make the appointment and Henry arrived within the specified time of my appointment. Henry was very professional and cleaned up after the service. He even wore booties while in my house so he wouldn't track in dirt. I highly recommend this company for your water filtration system needs.
When I purchased My house, I had no idea what to do with a water filtration system. The first time I called for service and information, they were helpful & set up an appointment. Tony G. has been the tech I've dealt with. Very professional, would answer all my questions no matter how many I asked. He would walk Me through everything He need to do and why. He didn't mind if I hung around to watch what was taking place, what the parts were, and why I needed these particular parts. The best in customer service.
