Martin Gonzales provided us with excellent service; as well as being one of the most courteous, informative, techs we have come across in any trade that we have used recently. He will definitely be an asset to Lifetime Solutions.

Hector was very professional and went the extra mile by pointing out problems I needed to solve with my air conditioner, even though this was not a service that Lifetime Solutions provides. He double checked my water system and spent time explaining what he was doing in order to provide training to he colleague, Dylan, who also displayed an excellent attitude.
September 1, 2016 Martin Gonzales performed service and was professional. He found that one of the fuses was not working and informed me the main office will follow up with the issue. Martin did his job--satisfied with his work. Will see how quickly the main office handles their end, in following up in ordering the part and calling to schedule an appointment to install new fuse.
I am so impressed by Hector Tovar, our service Pro!! Hector is so professional and really cares about his job. He was so informative about everything. Very thorough and respectful. I hope he comes back in December for our next service date!!! Keep up the great job Hector. You are fantastic!
