Ray Heredia came to service our soft water system this past Saturday. He called before coming and was on time. He did a great job in explaining everything to me and also wrote it down in case I forgot. He was also very pleasant. I give Ray a A+. Thank You!

Ray was very professional and took the time to explain things I had no idea about, he informed me our water use per person was really on track and that made my day. Tony Gutierrez came by my home and did a very good job replacing my home water filters! He was very nice, courteous, and very helpful with questions I asked him regarding the water filter. I hope all the other employees are as courteous as Tony.
Hector Tovar was very helpful and professional! We've had our system for ten months, and knew some of the filters were approaching their expected due date, but Hector pointed out that since we have fewer people in the household than the average, we use much less water, and so the filters could actually go another year before replacement. He tested our water anyway and said that everything was still working properly, and he also checked out the softener in the garage and told us ways to help the system be even more efficient.... read more
