I have never been disappointed with the service I've received over the many years I've had my water softener and my reverse osmosis unit. Tony G. came out to do my yearly service and you couldn't ask for a more professional attitude towards doing his job than Tony had. I just want a say that I got my monies worth and that's a rarity in this day and age where companies want your money but don't want to do a good job. Thanks Lifetime Solutions and Tony for doing a great job!!!!!!
Had a few issues with getting it hooked up and fixed. The 3 technicians they sent out were all very nice and professional (chuck, Jim & Henry). Henry finally fixed the problem. Thank You Henry!
Amazing service by Chuck. Not only did he do a great job changing out our filters but he made sure we understood all the functions of our water softener unit. What I loved most about him was how personable and kind he was. He even let my kids bug him and turned it into a lesson on how water purification works as they were watching him clean everything out. Martin Gonzales came to check my water system. He was easily able to trouble shoot the system and explain what I needed to do to keep the problem from happening again. He was very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job.
Fernando A. was my service worker. He is friendly and cares about customer service with a smile. Going to miss his service for my heater/cooler as Lifetime is discontinuing this service. Hats off to Fernando!!
