Rob Hirsch was very knowledgeable on my water system, even though I've had my system since 2003 I seem to have many questions and Rob was very patient and answered them all. He provided the yearly service and replaced the needed filters on my reverse osmosis system.

It's great! It really makes good tasting water. Good customer service. After showers you feel clean. Norco water is awful without this.
This was our 2nd year having our filters changed on our under the sink filtration system. Rob Hirsch did a great job & answered some questions we had. Service has always been good for our system.
Ray was an outstanding tech on coming out and servicing our water softener and arriving on time and explaining the process of using the unit. :)

Had our unit serviced by Jim McGerry. He was the most personable and kind service representative that we've had at the house in years. And that was in addition to the plethora of information he shared about our system. He filled me in on how it works and why it's important to drain the tank regularly.
