Jim McGarry is always so nice and very thorough... He is best service man to date and I would prefer he come each time.
We bought our water softener from the previous homeowner so we we not familiar with the system. Jim did a fantastic job not only describing the system but the process and preventative measures to keep it running for years. Fantastic service.
Henry from Lifetime Solutions visited our happy home today to check our system and replace two filters. He did an excellent job! He was courteous, friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. He even wore shoe covers to protect our floors! In addition, he shared information with us that will help us keep our water cost down, while getting more efficiency from our home appliances. I was so thrilled when my technician called to tell me ETA ! It was Henry Leon, the one that installed my system and was the most patient, nice, professional, beyond patient I must say again, when I didn't quite understand something ! Other technicians have been good, but I'm just so happy to have Henry and know that all will be taken care of and if I need to ask him anything, I can ! He's absolutely the BEST !!!
