Just had Jim McGarry service our unit today! Not only was he very professional but he also gave us some extra information about Rain Soft that we did not know about that we are very pleased to get this information and will be taking advantage of this much needed information! Hector Tovar did my service today and was fantastic!! Friendly and personable; he explained thoroughly what he was doing as he did various things. He cleaned up the carbon mess and was quick, too! I love my clean, great tasting water, too.
