Fernando Alvarado did a good job I recommend his work
Fernando Alvarado provided great service. Took the time to explain how our system operates and made some changes to our system so we aren't using so much salt. Everyone that has come our to service our system has been good. Very professional and friendly but Fernando really went an extra step. Very cool guy.
Our rainsoft , RO drinking water system and air master was recently serviced by Fernando Alvarado and he made it very easy and convenient by calling ahead and giving me a window. I was actually double booked for the time I had originally scheduled for the service and Fernando was able to adjust the time he arrived and we were able to get our service completed and salt delivered. Fernando was very professional and helped solve my problem of my tank continuing to hold water instead of draining! I was told I needed a new board, but it was due to salt being caked up in the bottom of the tank!
