Fernando Alvarado did a great job! My Rain Soft softener was completely blocked. He cleared the guck and we had our soft water back in just a few hours. He also explained a lot of things about my system that I didn't know. After everything was fixed he went above and beyond by giving me a call the next day, just to be sure the system was working properly. Great job!

We parchased the RainSoft water treatment/conditioning system, including the reverse osmosis and alkaline water for drinking 2-year’s ago. We just had it inspected/filters changed by Fernando Alverado, who did a thoroughly professional job including explaining all the detailed work he performed and expected outcome of his work. We’re very happy with their customer focused support!

Very happy with today's service performed by Fernando. Fernando is friendly, personable, genuine, experienced, and knowledgeable. He replaced drinking water filters, and checked to be sure the system was running properly. He made sure there were no issues or concerns that I may have. He even replaced my salt for me. Excellent customer service. thank you!
