Beyond mad. my husband and I paid over 10,000 for this system. 1 1/2 years later had to do a service on. Lady on the phone told us one price after technician was done is was 200 more than quoted. so that service ended up being 1000. 1 month later had a technician out due to system not working right since service he said it was fine no charge. system never started working right so we called again and since it was out of the time fro. the last service we had to pay another 100 and the technician finally fixed it.
