I have had an excellent experience with this company. They have provided some creative solutions to some of the logistical problems with the way my property plumbing is set up and the system is working perfectly. I appreciate all of the workmanship and care that the installer, Randy, provided in making sure the system is correct and that I know everything I need to know. They did maintenance on of my Rainsoft equipment for years then they came back 3 times to fix something that was not working and because I have a salt system, the water kept running out and killed several of my plants. On top of that most every time, I set up an appointment they call and say that they can't make it. Sometimes 2 and 3 times. They are the worst. A very shady company.

I sold my house in 2019 and let them know that I’m no longer the owner and request to cancel my account with them. Apparently, they did not removed my account information such as bank information. Suddenly, I noticed in my bank that they charged me for $43.00 on August 7th. I tried calling them couple of times for two days, waited for more than 30 minutes each call.
